Chemistry Tutoring

Currently accepting students for online chemistry tutoring. I tutor all levels- chemistry, honors chemistry, AP Chemistry, advanced chemistry, and IB Chemistry.  All tutoring is offered over Zoom using a digital white board- after each session, I’ll send you a pdf copy of our notes so that you can review them and refer back to them. Payment is taken through Venmo, PayPal, or via Square payment processing.

I am a certified chemistry teacher (Pennsylvania, Instructional II Chemistry 7-12) and I’ve been teaching or tutoring chemistry in some form for over twenty years- from general high school chemistry through freshman college chemistry and labs (and everything in between!) and I know how to make it make sense. I first taught AP Chemistry during student teaching in 2008 and have taught the class or tutored students taking the class every year since then. I know what students need for success both at the high school and college level in chemistry. Whether you’re having trouble naming compounds, figuring out stoichiometry problems, or understanding acid-base equilibrium- I’m here to help.
